Who would have thought that checking students' attendance could be as fun as this? It is not only enjoyable but also a great way to start the day. Teacher Jason uses this warm-up activity to motivate student participation and engagement. He acts like a hungry zombie and asks the students, 'Are you fast or slow?' The students must respond with 'Go, go, go' and run to get their name tags. The students enjoy the game, and it builds confidence for them to participate throughout the whole duration of the class.
